Interior Project Manager  

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior projects, from initial client briefing to final handover
• Coordinate and collaborate with the design team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that arise
• Effectively communicate with clients, providing regular updates and managing their expectations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Mentor and support junior members of the project team, helping to develop their skills and expertise

We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager to join our talented team at PT. Grandwork Interior Indonesia. As an Interior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering interior design projects from concept to completion. This full-time role is based in Jakarta and offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects for a leading interior design firm.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interior Project Manager or in a similar role within the interior contractor industry
• Have worked in interior project especially in Malls or department store
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget
• Strong technical knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the design team
• Proficient in using project management software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Project
• A degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Lives in Jakarta Greater Area
• Able to work on weekends and/or public holidays
• Fluent in English
• Have worked on mall retail stores fitout is preferred
• Understands well on MEP
