- Plan and manage procurement of goods and services
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, including price and contract negotiations
- Ensure procurement aligns with Collaborate with cross-functional teamsbudget, timelines, and company standards
- Oversee office operations including facilities, company vehicles, and security
- Handle licensing, asset management, and general administrative support
- Maintain a comfortable and efficient work environment
- Lead the Procurement & GA team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5–7 years of experience in procurement and/or general affairs, with 2–3 years in a Senior role
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contracts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills and leadership skills
- Able to work in a detail-oriented, fast-paced, and accurate manner
- Familiarity with procurement laws and industry-specific licensing is a plus
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Available for working WFO
