- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong supplier relationships
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support
- Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Approximately 10 years of experience in procurement or similar field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
