Product Manager | MAPCLUB  

1. Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market insights.

2. Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and define use cases in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

3. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to develop user-friendly product designs and solutions based on customer pain points.

4. Analyze product performance, user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities.

5. Oversee product development, implementation, and UAT to ensure features meet requirements, acceptance criteria, and project timelines.

6. Identify potential fraud risks and collaborate with Fraud Analysts to develop preventive features, controls, and detection mechanisms.

7. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication, project alignment, and timely product delivery.

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

Minimum 6 years of total working experience, with at least 3 years in Product Management or related roles.

Strong understanding of marketplace business dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital product development.

Good knowledge of product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and feature prioritization.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product performance metrics and user behavior.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience collaborating with technical and design teams.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with awareness of fraud prevention and risk management.
