- Lead and manage the HC Transformation roadmap
- Design and develop the future HR operating model (HRBP, CoE, Shared Services)
- Initiate and drive HR digitalization initiatives (HRIS, ATS, LMS, People Analytics)
- Manage transformation of core HR processes (talent management, performance management, workforce planning)
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and top management
- Ensure effective change management and adoption across the organization
- Monitor KPIs and measure the business impact of HR transformation initiatives
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR Transformation initiatives
- Proven experience leading change or digital HR projects is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, HR operating models, and governance
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
