- Manage business licensing processes and renewals
- Handle regulatory permits and compliance matters (including SIUP, KBLI, Import licenses, BKPM, NKV, etc.)
- Coordinate with external as required
- Oversee office and center operations, including security, cleaning, and maintenance
- Monitor and control General Affairs operational costs
- Provide operational support for company events
- Ensure understanding and implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (K3) standards
- Manage cleanliness, security, and company vehicles, including all related facilities and infrastructure
- Ensure all corporate documents are properly organized, stored, and controlled
- Manage operational expenses and standard operating procedures
- Maintain and control physical and digital document archives
- Monitor and control maintenance of company assets
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Law, Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Direct Selling, or similar industries is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented, firm, systematic, and possess strong administrative skills
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
