- Provide skincare consultations & excellent customer service (offline & online)
- Introduce products, explain benefits, and support sampling
- Perform facial treatments & product demonstrations
- Support events, trainings, and customer engagement activities
- Drive sales conversion and achieve targets
- Maintain a professional appearance & premium store experience
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree (Beauty, Marketing, Communication preferred)
- Experience in Beauty Advisor / Skincare Retail / Customer Service is a plus
- Strong knowledge of skincare basics
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
- Willing to work in Surabaya with shift schedule
