- Develop test plans and test cases based on software requirements and business needs.
- Define and execute appropriate testing strategies, including manual and automated testing where applicable.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, security, and compatibility testing to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team to support debugging and issue resolution.
- Validate bug fixes through verification and retesting to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Analyze test results and prepare clear testing reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure applications meet quality standards and are ready for production release.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
- Monitor defect trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend preventive improvements.
- Research and evaluate emerging software testing tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency.
- Learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of the systems and applications used by capital market stakeholders.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Final-year student or Fresh Grduate Bachelor's degree less than one year in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, REST API, or testing tools (e.g., Postman, Jira) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
