Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, planning, and implementing Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Optimize the performance of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Optimize SQL queries, including indexing, statistics, and stored procedures.
- Maintain an understanding of RDBMS concepts, including SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
- Provide support for 24/7 production operations.
- Evaluate, test, and integrate the latest operating system versions, drivers, and patches.
- Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, and recommended solutions.
- Provide technical support and coordinate with developers, operations staff, release engineers, and users.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Cloud and Managed Services
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, including system administration, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Willing and able to support 24/7 production operations, including incident handling and system recovery.
- Experience in capital market, financial services, or other mission-critical environments is an advantage.
