Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and govern the overall HSE Management System for both construction and operational phases of the Industrial Park
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations, environmental requirements, and applicable international standards
- Manage, direct, and evaluate HSE teams, contractors, and tenants, including P2K3 leadership, coordination, and regulatory reporting
- Drive enterprise-level risk management, Permit to Work governance, and incident investigation with approval authority
- Report HSE performance, KPIs, and improvement plans to top management and act as the primary liaison with authorities and external auditors
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) or Engineering
- Minimum 6–8 years of HSE experience in chemical, metallurgical, smelter, refinery, or EPC projects, with proven supervisory and managerial leadership (minimum 2–3 years), including active involvement in P2K3 coordination and implementation
- Experience in coordinating HSE audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance activities with authorities (Disnaker, auditors, regulators)
- Experience or strong exposure to HPAL / hydrometallurgy or other hazardous chemical processes is highly preferred
- Solid knowledge of chemical safety, environmental management, and construction safety practices
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred
- Willing to work full-time at Morowali, Central Sulawesi
