Data Warehouse DevOps Engineer  

We’re looking for a skilled Data Warehouse Engineer with a strong foundation in DevOps practices to be placed at one of our clients. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouse solutions, while also optimizing deployment, automation, and monitoring processes to ensure high availability and scalability of our data infrastructure.

Location: Placement in one of our clients at Financial Services Company (TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan)

Working System: Full WFO

Employment Contract: PKWT/Contract

Experience Level: Senior Level

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain data warehouse architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver reliable datasets.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for data workflows using DevOps tools and practices.
- Automate data integration, testing, and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, data quality, and system scalability.
- Work closely with the cloud infrastructure team to manage cloud-based data warehouse platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
- Support data governance, security, and backup strategies to ensure compliance and data integrity.

​​​​​​Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, or data engineering.
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schema).
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Talend, or Apache NiFi).
- Solid understanding of version control systems, automation, and monitoring tools.
