Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Deliver daily lessons based on the school’s curriculum and learning goals.
• Teach and strengthen students' literacy and numeracy skills.
• Facilitate hands-on activities, play-based learning, and exploration.
• Assess student progress through observations and assessments.
• Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and learning resources.
• Maintain student records, progress, and attendance.

Classroom Management

• Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Establish clear routines and expectations to support children’s independence.
• Guide students in developing social-emotional skills such as sharing, cooperation, self-regulation, and responsibility.
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times.

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, behavior, and classroom activities.
• Prepare weekly updates, quarterly progress reports, and participate in parent–teacher meetings.
• Work closely with co-teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to support student learning.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (PAUD/Psychology/Education)
• Min. 2 years experience in the same position
• Passionate and love working with children
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• in English is a MUST
• Able to work collaboratively and communicate
• effectively with team members and parents
• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
• Able to join immediately
