Computing Developer  

Job Description:

• Manage daily operations of servers and virtualization environments.
• Monitor server, virtual machine (VM), and resource performance.
• Perform installation and configuration of server operating systems.
• Provision and maintain virtual machines (VMware).
• Handle hardware and software incident troubleshooting.
• Perform backup and restore activities and provide basic Disaster Recovery (DR) support.
• Execute patch management and operating system hardening.
• Coordinate with Network, Storage, and Security teams.
• Maintain documentation including SOPs, incident reports, and change records.
• Provide on-call support and work in shifts as required by Data Center operations.

Requirement:

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Center Operations or System Administration.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise servers (Dell / HPE / Lenovo).
• Proficient in Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with VMware virtualization.
• Involved in daily operations, monitoring, and incident handling.
• Basic experience in backup and restore procedures.
• Willing to work in shifts and provide on-call support in a Data Center environment.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
