Power BI & BI Support
- Handle and resolve Power BI-related issues (dashboards/reports)
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Provide user support for Power BI usage
- Optimize dashboard and report performance
- Maintain technical documentation
Data Engineering & SSIS
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS
- Manage data pipelines and transformation processes
- Monitor and optimize ETL performance
- Collaborate on data warehouse management
Migration Support
- Support SSIS migration to IBM Cloud-based platform
- Identify risks and issues during migration
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution
User Enablement (Workshop)
- Conduct monthly Power BI workshops
- Deliver training sessions (~18 participants per session)
- Adjust materials based on user needs
- Improve user adoption and capability
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Engineering / BI / ETL
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and SSIS
- Strong understanding of data pipelines and data transformation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business users
- Power BI (Dashboard Development, Data Modeling, DAX)
- SSIS (ETL Development, Package Maintenance)
- SQL (Query Optimization, Data Manipulation)
- REST API / Data Integration
- Data Warehouse Concepts
- Git (Version Control)
- IBM InfoSphere / Cloud Pak for Data
- Cloud Platforms (IBM Cloud / Azure / AWS)
