- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts.
- Understand client business needs and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide relevant IT solutions based on client requirements.
- Manage the commercial process from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing.
- Monitor account performance, sales pipeline, and forecast.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for long-term collaboration.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Female candidates are preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- Experience in the IT / technology industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and developing existing accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fast learner, smart, ambitious, and eager to grow.
- Proactive, disciplined, and committed to achieving results.
