What You’ll Be Up To:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and trust-building.
• Act as the main point of contact to handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and account development strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Support) to deliver seamless service and client experience.
• Analyze account performance data to improve retention, service quality, and revenue growth.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, reports, and business reviews to clients.
• Represent Wilopo Cargo professionally as a reliable partner and strategic problem solver.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Client Relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active listener, persuasive, and empathetic in client interactions.
• Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving.
• Analytical and organized, able to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and service orientation.
• Positive attitude, neat appearance, and growth mindset with eagerness to learn and improve.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in logistics or B2B service industry.
• Familiar with CRM tools and performance tracking.
• Confident in presentation and public speaking.
