Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Plan and execute hiring strategies aligned with workforce needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on manpower planning.
2. Employee & Industrial Relations
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour regulations.
3. Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
- Support managers with feedback, coaching, and development.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing and statutory contributions (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21).
- Experience using Talenta payroll is preferred.
- Ensure accurate records of salaries, allowances and statutory benefits.
5. HR Budgeting, Finance Reporting & Audit
- Prepare and manage the annual salary budget
- Track and report HR costs and forecasts to management.
- Support payroll reconciliation and monthly HR cost reporting with Finance.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
6. Expatriate Management & KITAS
- Coordinate KITAS applications, renewals, and expatriate tax filing.
- Ensure full compliance with immigration laws and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with authorized agencies or immigration offices as needed.
7. HR Policy & Administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HRIS data.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR practices meet internal controls and local labour laws.
Kualifikasi Minimum

This role requires a hands-on individual who can lead end-to-end HR operations while overseeing general affairs to ensure a safe, compliant, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of the tech industry, and is passionate about building an engaging employee experience.
Job Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end HR functions
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee relations
- Ability to manage performance appraisal systems and coach managers
- Familiarity with payroll processes and statutory compliance (BPJS, PPh 21)
- Experience using payroll systems; Talenta is a strong plus
- Financial literacy in HR budgeting, cost tracking, and audit support
- Experience coordinating expatriate documentation (KITAS, work permits)
- Detail-oriented in maintaining HRIS and employee records
- Able to develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Comfortable liaising with external agencies and government bodies
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
