We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Application Support to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Ensure the core banking system and server infrastructure are running optimally.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues in real time, and provide effective recommendations and solutions to users.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve system-related issues efficiently.
- Understand and apply user logic into system workflows and configuration.
- Communicate, analyze, document, build, implement, and maintain custom reports based on business or user requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Application Support or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with: Java, PL/SQL, MySQL, Oracle Database
- Solid understanding of business logic implementation within a banking or enterprise system environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and with external vendors.
- Able to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks or incidents simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in core banking or financial systems is a plus.
