- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for enterprise applications.
- Conduct AS400 system testing, ensuring data accuracy and business logic alignment.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test scripts, and documentation following project standards.
- Review software requirements and provide feedback to ensure clear understanding of test coverage.
- Use SQL queries to validate data and perform backend testing on MSSQL or Oracle databases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives).
- Support continuous improvement by recommending process and tool enhancements.
- Contribute to maintaining a structured SDLC testing and release methodology.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3 years of formal testing experience in a structured working environment.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and test automation.
- Strong understanding of AS400 system testing and related environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good SQL skills to interrogate relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience working within a formal SDLC, using structured testing and release methodologies.
- Familiar with Agile frameworks (Scrum, BDD, User Stories).
- Exposure to test automation tools and principles such as QTP, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Prior experience in the financial/banking sector is highly desirable.
