- Experience in Banking projects is mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as IT PMO, IT Project Manager, Technical Analyst, or similar role in digital/mobile project implementation.
- Experience handling end-to-end IT project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, & Hybrid).
- Experienced in business requirement documentation & integration specification.
- Able to create flowcharts, use case diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
Kualifikasi Minimum
