We are looking for a skilled OpenStack Support Engineer to join our technical operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the stability, performance, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing high-level technical support to ensure our OpenStack environment meets rigorous uptime and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Support: Provide end-to-end technical support for OpenStack environments, including troubleshooting Nova (compute), Neutron (networking), and Cinder (storage) issues.
Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues within the cloud ecosystem.
System Maintenance: Perform regular health checks, security patching, and version upgrades to ensure the environment remains secure and efficient.
Linux Administration: Manage and optimize the underlying Linux operating systems to support stable cloud operations.
Automation: Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline routine maintenance tasks and improve response times for support tickets.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically dedicated to OpenStack support and administration in a production environment.
OpenStack Certification: Must hold an active Certified OpenStack Administrator (COA) or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenStack Administration.
Linux Certification: Must possess a professional certification associated with Linux Administration (such as RHCSA, RHCE, or LFCS) or demonstrate equivalent relevant professional experience.
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of virtualization (KVM), software-defined networking (SDN), and distributed storage systems.
Kualifikasi Minimum

With Open-Stack related certifications (certified OpenStack Administrator or Red Hat OpenStack certified specialist in Open Stack Administrator)
