- Coordinate product orders, shipments, and delivery processes.
- Liaise with suppliers, distributors, and forwarders to track order and shipment status.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales, order, and shipment reports.
- Manage POS materials inventory and monitor stock usage.
- Collect, consolidate, and ensure accuracy of sales and marketing data.
- Support administrative processes including invoices, payments, and documentation.
- Prepare weekly performance updates and monthly consolidated reports for management review.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor supplier, distributor, and vendor payments, ensuring timely processing and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Coordinate with the finance and admin teams for invoice validation, payment processing, and documentation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in operations, sales administration, or marketing coordination
(fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data reporting.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
