Business Manager Alcohol  

• Responsible for driving brand sales performance, developing business strategies, managing key accounts, and coordinating with distributors to achieve sales targets.
• Oversees distributor performance across assigned regions, manages sales coverage, ensures product availability, and drives distribution growth.
• Leads mass brand portfolio strategy, manages sales & marketing execution, and ensures business growth and profitability.
• Plans and manages brand activation strategies, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.

We are an importer and distributor in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industry in Indonesia, consisting of several key entities: PT Pantja Artha Niaga, PT Pelita Abadi Niaga, PT Pelita Makmur Perkasa, PT Sumber Anggur Sejahtera, and Nano Logistic, PT.

The role involves critically analyzing market conditions in line with brand objectives and implementing programs effectively. It also includes monitoring and managing the brand budget accurately to ensure efficient allocation of resources. In addition, the position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with market stakeholders and overseas principals, including handling forecasting, ordering, and evaluating sales and brand performance, as well as developing sales strategies for spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage products to achieve sales targets and support overall business growth.
