Commercial Area Manager Bali  

• Develop and implement long-term sales strategies for On-Trade and Off-Trade channels, covering both sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Monitor sales targets and KPIs across contracted outlets, ensuring effective action plans and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key outlets to maximize business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify new markets and develop strategic business partnerships.
• Support commercial negotiations, activation planning, and execution to achieve sales objectives.

We are an importer and distributor of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Indonesia, operating through several key entities: PT Pantja Artha Niaga, PT Pelita Abadi Niaga, PT Pelita Makmur Perkasa, PT Sumber Anggur Sejahtera, and Nano Logistic, PT.

One of our importing companies, Nano Logistic, PT, is currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to join our team as a "Commercial Area Manager - Bali". The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales strategies, driving business growth, and strengthening commercial performance across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the alcohol industry, with strong knowledge of sales strategy, marketing, and business development. Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Bali
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and relationship-building capabilities.
