- Project Planning
Identifying IT project objectives and requirements
Developing a detailed project plan
Establishing project schedules and budgets - Team Organization
Assembling a competent project team aligned with project requirements
Managing and overseeing the tasks of individual team members
Maintaining effective communication among team members - Project Execution
Supervising and controlling project implementation
Monitoring project progress and addressing emerging obstacles - Coordinating with relevant stakeholders
Risk Management
Identifying potential risks
Developing risk management strategies
Handling project issues and risks as they arise - Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring the project as a whole
Evaluating project success and identifying areas for improvement
Producing high-quality project reports
Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology or relevant (Must IT Degree)

Minimum 3 years experiences in the relevant field

Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills

Problem solving, analyze, evaluate and identify solution

Effective communication skill with ability to influence

Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile or waterfall principles and has knowledge of banking/multifinance

Able to work WFO in Karawang Base Perum Peruri
