- Leading Project Team in Fulfilling Client's Expectations and Deliveries.
- Reponsible in End-to-End Project Management Process such as Project Scopes, Goals, Budgets and Deliveries.
- Identifying and Managing Project Risks to Ensure Project Delivered On Time.
- Responsible in Project Quality Standards.
- Liasing with Project Stakeholders regarding Project Issues.
- Responsible for Project Monitoring, Documentation, Reporting and Evaluation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- MUST have at least 3 year(s) of working experience as Project Manager.
- Project Management Certification is a plus point.
- Providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
- Familiar with Project Management Tools (S-Curve, Gantt Charts).
- Excellent Leadership, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Proven Time Management, Risk Management and Critical Thinking Skills.
- Out-of-the-Box Problem Solving Ability.
- Able to work under deadline and result oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
