- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise, healthcare, and government clients.
- Present the company's AI solutions and products to prospective customers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal preparation, quotation, negotiation, contract execution, and payment follow-up.
- Drive business opportunities through proactive pipeline management and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min 5 years of experience in B2B, Enterprise, or Key Account Sales, preferably in AI, IT Solutions, HealthTech, or related industries.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive business results.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
