- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoice processing, payment monitoring, and accurate transaction input into the accounting system.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare basic to intermediate financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, General Ledger, Trial Balance, and supporting journals.
- Support budgeting activities by compiling financial data, tracking actual vs budget performance, and assisting in variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, irregularities, and potential operational improvements, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure financial records and supporting documents are complete, well-organized, and properly reconciled with reported figures.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, SUMIF, logical formulas) to process, analyze, and validate financial data.
- Operate and maintain accuracy within accounting / ERP / POS.
- Support other finance and accounting administrative needs as required, including audit preparation and internal reporting requests.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Age between 22–30 years old
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in finance/accounting or financial administration
- Able to manage cash flow, perform bank reconciliation, input transactions, and prepare basic financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, General Ledger)
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers
- Strong understanding of financial calculations and basic statistical logic for data validation
- Able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide operational insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, SUMIF, IF logic)
- Familiar with accounting / ERP / POS software (Accurate, Odoo, Jurnal, or similar systems)
- Well-organized in administration and document reconciliation with financial figures
- Good communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Disciplined, adaptable, proactive, and able to complete tasks efficiently
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta
