- Ensure the implementation of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Lead internal audit activities and assist during external audits (customer/certification body).
- Ensure all QA documents (SOP, WI, ITP, Quality Plan) are properly controlled and up to date.
- Ensure product compliance with technical specifications and applicable standards.
- Control and evaluate testing, inspection, and product certification results.
- Determine corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure proper implementation.
- Initiate continuous improvement related to quality and process efficiency.
- Ensure products meet applicable technical specifications and standards.
- Support the QA/QC team in testing, inspection, and product certification processes.
- Be responsible for document control and actively involved in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audit processes.
- Support and coordinate audits conducted by customers, certification bodies, or verification agencies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Male or female, maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (mandatory), including internal and external audits.
- Experienced in handling customer complaints, NCR, and root cause analysis (RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone).
- Able to read technical drawings and understand standards (ASTM, ASME, API, ISO, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing teams and conducting coaching sessions.
- Able to create and review SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), Quality Plans, and ITPs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel skills required – pivot tables, reporting).
- Internal or external audit certification will be an advantage
