- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share in the heavy equipment spare parts industry.
- Conduct customer visits, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities, ensuring timely order processing and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide technical and commercial recommendations for spare parts based on customer requirements, coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability and delivery schedules, and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and develop effective sales strategies to support business growth and achieve company objectives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Engineering, Business, or related fields, with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in heavy equipment spare parts, industrial products, mining, or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, negotiation techniques, and business development, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate spare parts solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build long-term relationships with customers, conduct client visits, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business purposes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and possession of a valid driving license (SIM A) being an advantage.
