Contact Center Officer  

• Handle enquiries from clients and non-clients through chat, email, and telephone.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Provide accurate information and solutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Record and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback related to customer needs and service experience.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) from a health-related background (Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health).
• Service and customer-oriented with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
