- Identify and develop new business opportunities for marine products, shipbuilding, ship repair, fabrication, offshore, and related engineering services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, shipping companies, offshore operators, ports, government agencies, and other key stakeholders in the marine industry.
- Promote the company's products and services through client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Being able to create commercial proposals, tender documents, and service agreements in collaboration with the Engineering department.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities within the marine and offshore sectors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, negotiations, contract closing, and after-sales support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives along with being able to develop new business development opportunities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any Engineering degree or in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within the marine, shipyard, offshore, shipping, EPC, or heavy engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of marine products, shipbuilding, ship repair, offshore services, or marine engineering solutions.
- Experience in handling tenders, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify new market opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Willing to travel for business meetings, customer visits, exhibitions, and project-related activities.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for dealing with international customers and suppliers.
