- Monitor and ensure the security of core banking applications, infrastructure, and related services to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Perform security incident detection, analysis, and response including log review, threat investigation, and escalation according to SOP & ITIL.
- Manage and monitor SIEM, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, firewall, WAF, DLP, and other security tools.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, and coordinate remediation with relevant teams (Network, Infra, Development, Core Banking).
- Implement and maintain security controls for core banking environments, including user access management, privileged access review, and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Review and validate security configurations for core banking servers, middleware, databases, and API gateways.
- Support compliance activities related to ISO 27001, PCI DSS, IT Risk, internal/external audit, OJK, and Bank Indonesia regulations.
- Participate in change management to ensure all deployments meet security standards, including reviewing CR, performing impact analysis, and validating patches.
- Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines for the core banking ecosystem.
- Conduct security awareness sessions and provide recommendations to increase the organization’s security posture.
- Collaborate closely with Core Banking, IT Ops, DevOps, Infrastructure, Network, and Vendor teams to ensure secure systems end-to-end.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2–5 years experience in IT Security / Cybersecurity / Security Analyst, preferably in banking or fintech.
- Strong understanding of core banking systems operations (e.g., T24, Flexcube, Silverlake, Symbols).
- Good knowledge of network & infrastructure security (firewall, IPS/IDS, segmentation).
- Experience using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm, ELK, etc.).
- Familiar with endpoint security, privileged access management, DLP, and identity security solutions.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment tools (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS) and remediation processes.
- Good understanding of web/API application security (OWASP Top 10, secure coding, API hardening).
- Knowledge of database security (Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL) and encryption practices.
- Understanding of regulatory & compliance frameworks:(ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, OJK & BI regulations on cybersecurity)
- Familiar with incident response frameworks and digital forensic basics.
- Certifications are a plus (CEH, Security+, CSX, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISM).
