- Perform daily monitoring of banking systems (core banking, e-channels, middleware, databases, and network components) to ensure optimal service availability.
- Handle operational incidents (L1/L2), including initial analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams or vendors for timely resolution.
- Execute preventive maintenance on systems and servers according to banking SOPs.
- Run daily batch processes, End-of-Day (EOD), Start-of-Day (SOD), and settlement activities based on schedule.
- Ensure daily data backup processes run successfully and perform restoration when needed.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports related to system health, incidents, and SLA performance.
- Maintain data security and access control compliance with banking regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PBI, and internal policies).
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams (NOC, DevOps, Development, Security) for issue resolution and deployment activities.
- Support change implementation, patching, application/infra upgrades, and testing (UAT/SIT) based on ITIL processes.
- Ensure 24/7 service availability, including participation in on-call or shift rotation
Kualifikasi Minimum

3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, or NOC (preferably within banking or fintech).

Strong understanding of Linux/Unix commands, Windows Server, and basic networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewall fundamentals).

Ability to perform simple SQL queries for data/log checking.

Good knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios, Kibana, or Dynatrace.

Understanding of banking operational processes (EOD/SOD, batch processes, ATM/e-channel) is a plus.

Experience with core banking systems (e.g., Flexcube, T24, Silverlake) is highly preferred.

Basic knowledge of security compliance and data confidentiality in the banking sector.
