- Manage all development processes within the dealership product team:
- Facilitating agile & SAFe events
- Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Actively control the quality of products itself that is managed by the product team
- Removing Impediments & Enhancing Productivity:
- Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues).
- Work with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges.
- Encouraging Team Collaboration & Self-Organization
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role.
- Strong hands-on experience in managing end-to-end development processes within a product or delivery team.
- Proven experience in facilitating Agile & SAFe ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective, PI Planning, and other SAFe events.
- Solid understanding of Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and team performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in ensuring product quality, working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to maintain high delivery standards.
- Strong capability in identifying, managing, and removing impediments, including dependency, resource, and process-related blockers.
- Experience collaborating with other Scrum Masters, RTEs, Unit Heads, and Management to resolve cross-team and organizational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to foster team collaboration, self-organization, and ownership within Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) is a plus.
