IT Business Analyst  

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

Prepare analysis documents such as BRD, FSD, SRS, system flow diagrams, and other related documentation.

Understand system flows and support analysis of system integration between applications.

Collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Support the SDLC Waterfall process, from requirement analysis, development, testing, to UAT.

Perform basic data checking and validation using SQL when needed.

Ensure clear and effective communication between business and IT teams.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of basic IT Business Analyst roles and responsibilities.

Basic technical knowledge of system flows and system integration.

Good understanding of SDLC Waterfall methodology

Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.

Experience in creating business and system analysis documentation.

Basic SQL knowledge for data querying and validation.

Experience working in the multifinance or financial services industry.

Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Drawio, or similar tools.

Placement onsite (WFO) in South Jakarta, Tanjung Barat
