Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
Conduct product research, competitor benchmarking, and market trend analysis to identify product and UX improvement opportunities.
Prepare Functional Specifications, User Stories, Business Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
Create and manage work items in Azure DevOps for product enhancements and new features.
Collaborate with consultants, R&D, and Product teams to refine requirements and evaluate customer enhancement requests.
Participate in product planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization activities.
Assist in evaluating customer enhancement requests based on business value and product strategy.
Support proof-of-concept discussions and validate proposed business solutions before development.
Perform any other tasks as required by the Company.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Open to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Functional Consulting, or similar roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with requirements documentation, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, UI/UX, process mapping, and AI tools is a plus
Fast learner with strong business acumen and willingness to understand ERP & accounting workflows
