Product Solutions Specialist  

Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies to improve product innovation and internal productivity.

Develop rapid prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and lightweight applications using AI-assisted development tools.

Build and maintain internal productivity and customer companion applications.

Design workflow automations and API integrations using modern development platforms.

Collaborate with the Product teams to transform business requirements into functional prototypes.

Evaluate the technical feasibility of new product ideas and recommend implementation approaches.

Improve development processes, digital innovation initiatives, and experimentation through AI and automation.

Maintain and continuously enhance AI-developed applications based on business needs.

Perform any other tasks as required by the Company.

Open to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

1–3 years’ experience in software development, automation, or AI-assisted development

Experience building web apps, workflows, or productivity solutions

Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs

Ability to quickly prototype business ideas into working solutions, with a passion for AI and emerging technologies
