- Assist clients in completing CAS application and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate schedules for system presentations and document submissions to BIR and other agencies.
- Visit government offices for submission, follow-ups, and registration coordination.
- Update clients on compliance progress and requirements.
- Maintain trackers and logs for accurate and timely filing.
- Escalate complex compliance concerns to appropriate team members for resolution.
- Attend internal training on BIR updates and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on documentation and service. standards.
- Assist in updates of government templates, annexes, checklists, and forms.
- Ensure proper filing and secure handling of compliance documents.
- Perform any duties as required by the company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Accounting, Accounting Information Systems (AIS), Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in BIR liaison, CAS applications, tax, or compliance is an advantage
- Familiar with or willing to learn BIR, SEC, DTI, and other government processes
- Organized and detail-oriented, with good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling confidential compliance documents
- Willing to travel or coordinate with government agencies when needed
- Able to understand and summarize basic regulatory requirements
- Bonus: Exposure to CAS/POS registration or accounting systems
