- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements;
- Responsible for the managing records of employees in the company.
- Timekeeping and attendance monitoring, ensure timely and efficiency of timekeeping record for payroll and billing processing of various business partners.
- Keeps updated with all government-mandated laws;
- Performs other tasks as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent
- Experience in Recruitment is a plus
- Diligent, organized, and detail-oriented
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City
