.NET Developer  

• Implementing application development according to business needs and Bank standards.
• Executing efficient and effective working code based on business requirements as the primary obligation before other responsibilities.
• Analyzing problem contexts and providing technological solutions for business issues.
• Creating ideas, problems, and solutions in a shared medium for product development continuity and team progress.
• Collaborating with all business and IT stakeholders in product development.
• Undertaking responsibilities in overall system architecture and design, ensuring that feature-specific solutions remain consistent with other features in both backend and end-to-end contexts.
• Collaborating to integrate products with internal and external systems of Mandiri.
• Assuming full responsibility with a focus on product completion, including coordinating with the team to prepare infrastructure components, automation scripts for deployment/delivery, and maintaining awareness of the security of developed products.
• Monitoring all backend services during development, testing, and production phases.
• Implementing operational risk management for each business process, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, control, and mitigation, encompassing data quality and reporting, in accordance with applicable bank regulations, and setting an example as a role model in the context of operational control application.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Back End or equivalent roles.
• Demonstrates initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and orderly work.
• Capable of working both individually and in a team, and coordinating with other relevant teams.
• Able to provide input/ideas for improvements within the team

Required Skills:

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java/.Net/C#/Go.
• Proficient in .Net Core Framework, OOP, SQL Server.
• Possesses a good understanding of microservices and APIs; familiar with RDBMS.
• Experienced in working with databases like Oracle, Elastic, Redis, MongoDB.
• Capable of debugging and troubleshooting

• Experience with Kafka & Stream Based Applications.
• Experience with Redis, Caching Strategy & Data Grid.
