Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT outsourcing market, including software development, infrastructure support, and managed services.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to target potential clients across various industries.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with the company’s IT service offerings.

Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized solutions and proposals for clients.

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and innovation.

Represent the company in client presentations, industry events, and networking activities.

Ensure that sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded consistently.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Proven track record in driving business growth and client acquisition within the IT outsourcing industry.

Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycles, and outsourcing models (onshore, offshore, hybrid).

Skilled in identifying market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and closing B2B deals with mid to large-scale enterprises.

Experienced in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and translating them into tailored IT solutions.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage with C-level executives and stakeholders.

Familiar with technology trends, such as cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

Capable of coordinating with technical teams (project managers, developers, QA) to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.

Knowledgeable in using CRM tools, sales pipelines, and reporting dashboards to monitor and optimize sales performance.

Adept at contract negotiation, proposal development, and ensuring compliance with SLA and client requirements.

Fluent in English is a must
