IT Strategic Partner relevant as IT Project Manager & IT Business Partner  

1. Strategic IT-Business Alignment

Partner with business leaders (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk, Compliance, Operations) to identify technology needs.

Translate business goals into IT roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the bank’s digital strategy.

Advise on emerging banking technologies (AI/ML, Open Banking APIs, Cloud, Blockchain).

2. IT Project & Program Management

Lead high-priority IT projects (core banking modernization, payment systems, regulatory compliance).

Manage budgets, timelines, and risks using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Ensure projects comply with banking regulations (SOX, GDPR, Basel III, FFIEC).

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

Facilitate executive-level discussions on IT investments and ROI.

Present project updates to steering committees, regulators, and auditors.

Resolve conflicts between IT delivery teams and business units.

4. Vendor & Partner Management

Evaluate fintech partnerships, SaaS providers, and outsourcing agreements.

Negotiate contracts with IT vendors, cloud providers (AWS/Azure), and consulting firms.

Monitor third-party risks in alignment with OCC/Federal Reserve guidelines.

5. Performance & Innovation

Track KPIs (cost savings, system uptime, customer experience improvements).

Drive process automation (RPA, AI-driven chatbots, straight-through processing).

Benchmark against industry best practices (e.g., Gartner, BCG).

6. As IT Project Manager

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects across multiple business functions.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resource requirements.

• Prepare detailed project plans and manage execution against agreed timelines and milestones.

• Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

• Technical & Banking Industry Skills:

o Strong understanding of:

- Banking regulations (AML/KYC, etc).

- Cloud migration in banking (AWS GovCloud, Azure for Financial Services).

- Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.

o Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI.

• Soft Skills:

o Executive-level communication (C-suite, regulators, vendors).

o Negotiation, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking.

o Ability to balance innovation with risk management.

• Min. 3-4 years of experience as an IT Strategic Partner (IT Project Manager & IT Business Partner) in banking area.

Desirable:

· Strong written and verbal interpersonal English and Bahasa Communication skills

· Good interpersonal and decision-making skills

· Willing to working onsite (wfo)

Academic Criteria:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant filed

Experience Range (In years):
