- Provide leadership and guidance on projects related to regulatory reporting systems
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and alignment between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Oversee project documentation, risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear task assignments, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive project governance, reporting regularly to senior management on status, risks, and mitigation plans
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Middle: min 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, in the banking industry
- Senior: min 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, in the banking industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience managing projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Pmp, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus
