- Provide support according to internal service levels and conduct tracing and determine the cause if an error occurs in the application;
- Understand the design as outlined in the approved technical specifications;
- Perform coding based on approved technical specifications;
- Conduct testing of developed modules & assist in the testing process carried out by the relevant IT team;
- Perform integration between modules in accordance with approved technical specifications;
- System Integration Test (“SIT”) & User Acceptance Test (“UAT”);
- Maintain technical application documentation in line with all changes made;
- Transferring knowledge to the Bank's internal IT team;
- Carry out development in accordance with user requirements for both the project and the affected project;
- Make improvements to issues found during SIT and UAT as well as PAT;
- Perform unit testing before the application is tested by QA and users;
- Prepare technical documentation in accordance with the applicable SDLC;
- SIT and UAT testing support;
- Support for CSA and PAT deployments
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree - IT Major;
- Experienced using databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.);
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field;
- Fluent in Indonesian and English both verbally and in writing;
- Mastering the .Net and Java programming languages;
- Understand the banking system;
- Master the SDLC process.
