- Provide high-level administrative support to the Local EconomicDevelopment and Investment Promotions Office.
- Coordinate and manage the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office’s schedule, appointments, and meeting logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft official letters, memoranda, talking points, and reports for use in investment forums, project briefings, and coordination meetings.
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and documentation of Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office programs, projects, and activities (PPAs), particularly those involving investors, Medium and Large Industries, and local chambers of commerce.
- Serve as point-of-contact for investors, business delegations, and partner agencies requesting meetings or information from the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports to relevant departments of the city government and national agencies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (e.g., Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science)
- Experience At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support, preferably in a government or public sector setting
- Training At least 8 hours of relevant training in public administration, office management, or economic development support functions
- Eligibility Career Service l Eligibility preferred
