Wellness Doctor  

Clinical Oversight & Medical Governance

• Provide medical supervision for all clinical services including weight management, IV therapy, IM boosters, diagnostic assessments, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, cryotherapy, and other longevity treatments.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations, safety protocols, and clinical best practices.
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and seamless service delivery.

Patient Assessment & Personalized Wellness Plans

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, reviewing lifestyle, health history, biomarkers, diagnostics, and wellness goals.
• Develop personalized wellness programs covering sleep, stress management, nutrition, movement, and recovery strategies.
• Interpret lab results and guide clients through protocols for hormonal balance, inflammation management, metabolic health, and recovery.

Weight Management & Lifestyle Medicine

• Lead and manage medically supervised weight-management programs tailored to the individual’s health status and goals.
• Assess each patient’s lifestyle, diet, physical activity, metabolism, and medical background to create realistic and effective plans.
• Prescribe or recommend weight-loss medications (where appropriate and medically indicated), including monitoring for efficacy and safety.
• Provide personalized meal plans, nutrition strategies, and behavioral recommendations that promote healthy, sustainable weight loss.
• Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations, adjusting programs as needed to ensure safe and optimal outcomes.

Client Education & Experience

• Deliver high-touch, empathetic guidance that reinforces the studio’s wellness-first culture.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, protocols, contraindications, and long-term health strategies.
• Participate in workshops, wellness talks, panels, and content creation to elevate community knowledge and engagement.

Collaboration & Program Development

• Work closely with studio leadership to expand and refine medical and wellness offerings.
• Collaborate with coaches, PTs, aestheticians, and facilitators to create integrated, multidisciplinary wellness experiences.
• Provide input on partnership opportunities, product development, and wellness innovations.

Role Overview

The Wellness Doctor is the clinical leader of the studio, providing medical oversight for all wellness and longevity services. This physician delivers personalized assessments, oversees treatment safety, and collaborates with the team to design holistic wellness plans. The role also includes specialized responsibility for weight management programs, ensuring that clients lose weight safely and sustainably through evidence-based medical guidance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor (MD or DO); specialization in functional medicine, integrative medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, sports medicine, or endocrinology preferred.
• Experience in lifestyle medicine, metabolic health, or weight management strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate complex medical concepts in a clear, supportive manner.
• Passion for holistic wellness, longevity medicine, and patient-centered care.
• Experience in wellness clinics, aesthetic clinics, optimization centers, or boutique medical practices is a plus.
