Junior Systems Analyst  

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Analyst – Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as the primary authority on our internally developed software. The role will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users by providing in-depth product knowledge, ensuring proper adoption, and supporting enhancements and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, combined with hands-on expertise in our software’s functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the company’s proprietary software.
• Provide deep product knowledge to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software developers, testers, and business teams to ensure proper requirements gathering, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Support implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the software.
• Train and mentor users on system functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct system demonstrations and workshops for internal and external audiences.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the software’s continuous enhancement.
• Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of system capabilities and limitations.
• Provide second-level support for complex issues that require deep product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of system analysis, workflows, and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to document technical and functional requirements in a clear and structured manner.
• Experience in end-user training and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
