Manages day-to-day merchandising operations – managing availability of merchandise at the store as efficiently as possible. Develops, and executes merchandising plans that will deliver volume and profit goals. The Merchandise Manager is more on the ground, coordinating and collaborating with the Operations Team in obtaining customer insights, consumer trends, buying patterns to develop effective plans that will ensure maximum sales performance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Merchandising background
- Atleast 5 years experience in Retail Operations
- Experience in Sales and Marketing management
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Capable of Strategic thinking
- Attentive to details and a team player
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Willing to work in Morocco
