- Lead and supervise feasibility studies related to school expansion plans.
- Collaborate with the Finance, Treasury & Accounting (FTA) team to develop financial structures and oversee fund management for new site developments.
- Partner with the Marketing team to identify target markets and assess profitability across Cikal’s educational services.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in building strategic partnerships, including identifying potential partners, managing the deal process, and overseeing post-deal integration.
- Supervise financial analysis and develop financial projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of new site development projects, aligning with the school’s master planning strategy.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Business, Accounting, Management, or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in business operations or development, with a strong preference for candidates from investment banking or corporate finance backgrounds.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting feasibility studies and/or developing new products or services.
- Lifelong learner with strong self-driven learning capabilities.
